General Rules

Skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, etc. are prohibited inside the athletic fields.
Parking permitted only in designated areas otherwise vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.
Please follow all traffic rules at the park.
Always watch for children.
Parking is at your own risk. Elite Sports Complex/IEFC are not responsible for loss or stolen items, broken windshields, or other damage that may occur while on the premises. Place valuables in a secure area and lock your car at all times.
No RV or oversized vehicles permitted at the park.
All alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
Smoking, vaping, or tobacco use of any kind is prohibited.
Weapons of any kind are prohibited.
Open fires are prohibited.
Damage to plants and turf is prohibited.
Injuring or endangering wildlife is prohibited.

Super Y Weekend - Parking fee $5 per car, per day
Fall Kickoff - Parking fee $5 per car, per day

Pet Policy

No pets of any kind are allowed at Elite Sports Complex/IEFC fields or facilities used for practices, games, and tournaments (except for a documented service animal). Please note, this also includes parking lots, sidelines, walking paths, shelters/pavilions, or anywhere else on the premises.

This policy is in place to ensure the safety of our players, families, and visitors. Animal control experts assert that even the most well-mannered and “family friendly” pets struggle to manage their instinctual behaviors in this unfamiliar setting.

Referees will help enforce this policy on game days by delaying games until animals are removed from the fields, even if this involves asking an individual to leave a facility. We ask that all of you take ownership of this policy to help us protect your children and families.

Photography and Videography Recording & Capture Policy

Currently, IEFC is not contracted with any photography or videography capturing service providers for non-showcase events but may do so at any time in the future. Therefore, personal, non-commercial photo and video capturing is permitted at any event venue, unless otherwise noted in event materials and communications.

If you would like to erect photo or video recording equipment or structures (scaffolds, elevated tripods, etc.) at any event venue, you must have prior approval from the IEFC Director.

If you would like to license, sell, or resell any content recorded or captured at IEFC events, you must have prior approval from the IEFC Director.

All IEFC Events

No drones are permitted at any IEFC event or venue without prior approval by the IEFC Director.

IEFC does not allow any third-party professional photography or videography capturing or editing services at their events without the prior approval of the IEFC Director.

IEFC does not allow the licensing, sale, or resale of any content recorded or captured at their events without the prior approval of the IEFC Director.

Photo, Video, and Audio Recording Use

Indiana Elite Futbol Club (IEFC) reserves the right to use any photograph, video, or audio recordings taken at any facility or event produced by IEFC, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph, video, or audio. IEFC may use the photograph, video, or audio in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by IEFC, including, but not limited to: brochures, flyers, invitations, catalogs, books, advertisements, radio, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, email, video, signage, social media, multimedia, etc.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images and audio will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the recorded subject, parent or legal guardian.

A person entering an IEFC facility or attending an IEFC event who does not wish to have their image or audio recorded for distribution should make their wishes known in advance to the photographer/videographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact IEFC 10971 Four Seasons Pl Suite 207, Crown Point, IN 46307 in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. IEFC will use the photo for identification purposes only and will hold it in confidence.

By entering an IEFC facility, participating in an IEFC event, or by failing to notify IEFC, in writing, of your desire to not have your image or audio used by IEFC, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify IEFC from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with IEFC may not use, copy, alter or modify IEFC photographs, graphics, audio, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from IEFC.

Please be aware. When you enter an event or facility, you will be entering an Indiana Elite Futbol Club (IEFC) area where photography, video, and audio recording may occur.

By entering the event or facility premises, you and any dependents under your care agree to consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or any other purpose by IEFC and its affiliates and representatives. You release IEFC, its officers and employees, its successors, assigns, licensees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By entering the event or facility premises, you and any dependents under your care waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by IEFC or the person or entity designated to do so by IEFC.

You and any dependents under your care have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event or facility.
