Indiana Elite Announces Boys Directors of Coaching for the 2021-2022 Season

Owner and Executive Director Novica Marojevic announced today that Indiana Elite has promoted Ante Cop starting July 1st. Ante Cop will head up the ECNL Boys as Director of Coaching for all boys’ teams at that level.

The current Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Governors State University, Ante Cop will assume control as Director of Coaching duties for all teams from the U13 – U19 age groups. He will look to help establish Indiana Elite as an immediate threat to the upper-level teams in the Boys ECNL, while also creating a structure to allow all our older teams to succeed in not only the Boys ECNL, but also in the Select Clubs National League (SCNL), USYS National League, Super Y League, and ISL. Cop’s previous experience as Director of Coaching at other clubs and extensive licensing, including the USSF A and National Goalkeeper Licenses, United Soccer Coaches Premier, Director of Coaching and National Goalkeeping Diplomas, USASA National Diploma, and United Futsal International Diploma, will help guide these age groups towards success and development.

When asked about this opportunity, Cop had this to say: “The boys’ program at Indiana Elite has a great history of winning and developing top-level players who move on to be very productive college and pro-level players. With us joining the Boys ECNL and playing in the other competitions we are involved in; it gives us options that other clubs do not have and we will take full advantage of these platforms. I am extremely excited to work together with Novi to further the boys’ program and make it one of the top programs in the country.”
